Photosynthesis on command

Elodea in a bottle releases oxygen bubbles when high light intensity is used. The visitors can change the light intensity and observe the accumulated bubbles.

Goal
To familiarise the visitors with the photosynthetic phenomena, which influences the composition of the atmosphere and stores energy in the form of biomass.
