The exhibit consists of a basket with models of different foodstuffs with barcodes. After using the reader, a pilot lamp lights up on a world map in a place the food comes from and the screen shows nutrition values (incl. % RDA / kg) - distances over which the goods must be transported (and associated CO2 emissions per kg) The exhibit can be utilised in educational programmes and tasks, such as „get a menu for 1 day so that you can emit the lowest / highest CO2 emissions while keeping the DDD, etc.

Goal
To show how difficult it is to transport goods over long distances and what the consequences are.
